01

Answer the early questions

What is included, how long it lasts, where it starts and what to bring. These answers provide context before opening the calendar.

02

Design for people travelling

A small screen, another language or an unreliable connection changes the experience. Prioritise readable information and clear controls.

03

Distinguish enquiries from confirmations

If a booking needs review, say so. Do not present a request as a confirmed place. The final screen and email must describe the actual status.

04

Connect the journey to operations

Capacity, schedules and confirmations must fit the team’s work. Test availability changes and payment or connection failures before launch.

05

Review a complete booking

Follow the process from the activity page to the information received by staff. Both the customer and operator should know what happens next.
