Fictional test data only
Forms in this version are for testing. Use a fictional name and an email at example.com, example.org, example.net or example.test. Do not enter customer information or sensitive data.
What is stored
To test the journey, the site stores the authenticated user identifier, form fields, enquiry status and date. The application does not request geolocation or add advertising tracking.
How test data is used
Enquiries are stored in the site database so the same user can view, update, export or delete them in the review dashboard. No email is sent, and data is not forwarded to an external CRM or AI model.
Retention and control
The code removes test enquiries older than 30 days when the API is used again. You can delete each enquiry sooner in the dashboard. Deletion from active storage does not guarantee removal from platform backups or logs.
Before commercial launch
The controller, privacy contact, legal bases, providers, transfers, retention and rights process must be confirmed. This text describes the test version and does not replace the commercial service privacy policy.
